Hi Everyone,

Plans are progressing for our Cork/Kerry Transition/Sustainability Gathering. Our committee of volunteers, Klaus Harvey, Matt Mills, Caz Jeffreys, Jeannie Timony had a meeting last Friday to get our plans rolling.

It's at Russagh Mill Hostel (see photo) which is a lovely large hostel in Skibbereen which can hold a lot of people.

The dates are from:

• Friday 19th - Sunday 21st February.

• 15 euro per night
• 20 euro for 2 nights.

• Friday 5th February

We intend to kick off at around 6pm on the Friday, if you can make it then, we'll see you for an evening meal. We aim to get there by 4-5pm to get things ready for you for our great weekend.

We haven't fixed an agenda yet as we're still open to suggestions, these are the activities we hope to facilitate:

• Session on Visioning (Open Space Technology/World Cafe)
• Session on Funding
• Nature Walk
• Games and fun stuff

We also hope to have...

• Tai Chi
• Yoga
• Meditation

And feel free to bring your musical instruments for a music session(s). We'll aim to wrap up around 4pm on Sunday.

I hope that gives you an idea of what to expect, so get your booking in ASAP, and the last date to book is Friday 5th February.
